[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Hello, my name is Pierre BIDONDO. I arrived here 7 years ago, as a temporary worker, I didn\u2019t have a diploma or anything. In-house,\u00a0I was trained in boilermaking.

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]My name is Cl\u00e9ment LOPEZ, and I have an Industrial Boilermaking diploma for which I did a BAC PRO. I joined the LAUAK Group 5 years ago.\u00a0I\u2019ve been able to progress within the company.<\/strong>\u00a0I started with\u00a0simple boilermaking<\/strong>, working with aluminum, then moved on to\u00a0hard metals<\/strong>\u00a0like titanium and inconel. Finally, I moved on to fitting and\u00a0welding<\/strong>. As we\u2019re a multi-customer business, there are all kinds of ranges and parts. It\u2019s never the same job, and it\u2019s nice to be able to change parts and see lots of different things.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=”yes”][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]I\u2019m David LABORDE, 43 years old.I joined the LAUAK Group in 1998 as a structural fitter.I then had the opportunity to become a structural inspector.I\u2019m currently Welding Quality Referent.My job is to analyze non-conformities and take action to prevent any further non-conformities.
Since I joined the LAUAK Group, I\u2019ve always been supported and supervised at\u00a0every change of position<\/strong>\u00a0by senior staff who have\u00a0passed on their know-how<\/strong>\u00a0to me. Today, I\u2019m the one taking over and training the newcomers.

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Hello, my name is David LISSARAGUE, and I\u2019m 45 years old.I joined the LAUAK Group over 20 years ago. They were looking for a quality assistant, and I initially took on the position on an interim basis. Then there was the same need for\u00a0industrial radiography<\/strong>\u00a0for a new tank that had joined LAUAK, for which we subcontracted the service. I passed a Level 2 in X-ray radiography, then there was a\u00a0gradual evolution<\/strong>\u00a0where in 2005 there was a need to have an in-house Level 3 to avoid subcontracting services. The same thing happened in 2007, with a Level 3 in radiography.
I\u2019ve been able to progress gradually in-house<\/strong>, and have been lucky enough to be able to take these training courses and exams.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”50″][vc_separator color=”custom” el_width=”50″ css=”” accent_color=”#342255″][vc_empty_space height=”50″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

I joined as a method preparer, which involves preparing and drawing up the entire operating sequence for a part.
